That's the job Technology Install Partners exists to do: carry the technical weight of commercial security and life-safety systems so our clients don't have to. Since 2008, we've designed, installed, and serviced integrated security systems for more than 500 commercial clients across Ohio, Michigan, and Indiana — from single-building retrofits to multi-site rollouts.
What We Do
We design, install, and service integrated commercial security systems — video surveillance, access control, alarm, and fire systems — for facilities across our three-state footprint. That work carries the full Division 27 & 28 scope for general contractors and electricians, and it's backed by manufacturer certifications across 50+ product lines. Structured cabling, wireless networks, intercoms, and other supporting infrastructure round out the work — but those four systems are what we're built around.

Since 2008, that approach has grown TIP from a small regional installer into one of the Midwest's established commercial security integrators, with local teams based in Cleveland, OH; Farmington Hills, MI; and Indianapolis, IN.
